The Smoke in the Spring BBQ Committee invites you to this special evening showcasing the BBQ teams from the Smoke in the Spring State BBQ Championship.

Selected teams sell food to the public starting at 6:00pm and ending when the food runs out. Get There Early!!
BBQ Bucks are used to purchase food from participating teams.
BBQ Bucks are a dollar for dollar exchange, 1 BBQ Buck = $1
BBQ Teams cooking for the Taste of Osage City will display a sign reading "Taste of Osage City Participating Team"
BBQ BUCKS ARE AVAILABLE:
1. March 29 - April 8, Osage City Hall (201 South 5th Street ) or Edward Jones of Osage City (516 Market Street)
2. On-Site in Jones Park, April 9, 4:00-7:00pm
